The app is bad. Radio is no good, its choppy. I use my phone alarm through the device and also us my music app. Very poor app, please fix. If the sound wasnt as good as it is I would take it back!

Ill rate this again once its fixed. Everything works great except for the Auto-Lock or screen timeout so it prevents the alarm from going off. I use this on my iPod touch 4th Gen. Ive tried using the auto-lock disable feature, turning Auto-Lock to "Never" in my ipod settings but my ipod still Auto-Locks. Not sure why. So this makes the Alarm not go off at all.

This thing is stuck on the radio. I cant get it to play music from the iPhone 4S. The control interface is poor.

The auto lock override feature is broken which makes this whole app absolutely useless.....

This alarm is a $70 piece of crap! Its a shame too because it looks great clock and app alike. I cant even comment on the sound since the iTunes Player in the app wont play more than 1/2 second intervals. I hope Samsung decides to make alarm clocks soon

I love the actual alarm clock/iPod player that comes with this app, and can get music to play easily with the app open. The problem is when I set the alarm on the app, it will only go off sometimes... So this is a huge problem because I need to wake up on time everyday and this is just unreliable and I have started to use my old alarm clock.

Great update hopefully it fixes all the issues that we were having with the phone docking to the radio

I was very hopeful when I saw the most recent update, but unfortunately it was a step in the wrong direction. The app does look sleeker and the light from the phone is slightly less harsh while sleeping. In return, weve lost all the app alarms, you can no longer schedule alarms based on day of the week, the disable auto-lock feature doesnt work anymore (so the alarm wont go off in the morning), and the temperature display always says it is -1 F outside (its not). I wish I could go back to the previous version that at least functioned. DO BOT BUY THIS ALARM CLOCK. With the app not working, youre just stuck with an overprice regular alarm clock that happens to be able to charge your phone.

This app has gone from troubling to absolutely useless. The alarm rarely goes off and when it does, it is just the beeping and not the last played song. Why cant I just select the song I want to play when I wake up. If you get a tex in the middle of the night, your alarm clock is now turned off. The homestudio is nothing more than a big cell phone charger. I should have saved a bit more money and got an ihome. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER, THIS APP IS A DISASTER!!! Using this alarm clock to wake you up in the morning is a guaranted path to being fired!

I HATE this update!! Its awful ... Its ugly .... It doesnt work! Its made it much more difficult to use and I dont trust it to wake me up ... If money were no object I would just go buy a whole different brand -- but hopefully they will at least undo the "update"!

The new update does not work. You cannot pick your alarm for different days and the alarm doesnt work. Very disappointed!!

This alarm clock/app is TERRIBLE! You have to set up your alarm everyday through the app. If you just push the button on the actual alarm, the alarm doesnt go off. Also, the snooze doesnt work. Pressing the button on the alarm make the music/buzz sound at full blast. Pressing the off button on the app does the same thing. Its not good to wake up crabby because of your piece of crap alarm clock! VERY disappointed!

I just bought this radio and the Sound section in the app wont work -neither DBB function or the mySound profile function wont work sound is horrible. Called Philips twice and they say they have nothing to do with the app not working and cant do anything. Said to call Apple as if theyll be able to do anything you think theyd care if people returned their merchandise because if a 3rd party issue but they dont.

I hoped the update would improve on the poor functionality of the old version, which was poorly designed but at least worked more or less. Instead this new version does not work at all. Even the alarm wont go off. Its worse than useless. Philips better fix it fast or they will lose any and all future business from me.

Definitely the worse alarm clock app ever! Actually liked it before this last update. Wish I could undo it. Snooze function doesnt work at all.

This a great app and alarm clock, I love it! To the ones who rate this app badly, u r dumb idiots, it is simple, all u have to do is read the instructions.... Duhh.... Morons

I have an older iPod and a new iPhone. Both use to work with this app and I was very happy to have my dock at my desk with all my preset stations and playlist available when I wanted it. So happy in fact I went an bought another dock for my house. After I upgraded the app I keep getting errors telling me to reconnect to the dock to access the radio. I can use my playlist, but I really want it for the added radio feature. I no longer have presets and can not use the iPod at all for the radio Even my new iPhone is having all sorts of problems with this app. Same docking issues although it finally connected. I had no problems with this app the way it was before the upgrade. Everything worked exactly the way I wanted and that is all I care about. I saw another app for digital radio they put out, but of course my iPod cant download it.. ughh…

Just bought this alarm clock, very disappointed that the iPhone alarm doesnt work -- this was the point of my purchase. HOWEVER: if you delete this app from your phone (for some reason this trick didnt work when I still had the app) you can still use the stereo like a speaker. So, you can set the alarm on your iPhone and it will play through the stereo. It will still play music through the regular iPhone music app. No idea why deleting the app worked, but it fixed my problem!

I tried using a adapter with an iPhone 5s and the app wont even open. Just freezes and crashes. Disappointing.

I have noticed the debug log file is growing in file size. The app has never crash on me. What is in the log file? Is Phillips monitoring my alarm habits? Since I dock it with the phillips radio. Need answers!!!
