Does not recognize my iPhone 5 when placed in dock. All the features are disabled because of this. Disappointing and useless. Very unfortunate because limited apps work with my speaker.

Really a useless app cant use with iPhone 5

Do NOT recognize my iphone in dock. the Old app was good, but this version is a complete $%#@%^@&@

Purchased it when I had the iPhone 4s and it wasnt very user friendly then nor could you make any changes to the settings, like the alarm, the time and so on, without it being in the docking station. I now have the iPhone 5s and Im not even able to adjust any settings even with the adapter. I have sent countless emails to customer service begging for an upgrade. They dont even have the courtesy to respond to a single email. Dont buy the docking station and the app is useless!

The software seems to be broken, unable to open it and start it at all

Bought a Philips speaker/radio. Plugged in my iPhone 5 and it asked me to download their app. Ive installed the app several times, rebooted the iphone and I still cant get the app to open. Its shame, because the hardware is awesome.

Downloaded and tried many times. It does disappear as soon as I open the app. It shows open in the background. It does not work.

I use two main features on this app, the alarm clock and the sleep feature. The alarm clock is reliable, but the sleep feature does not work. After setting the sleep timer and choosing my playlist, I get one song before the feature stops working completely.

Wont even open.

I bought a Philips DS1100. Great sound, great features, figured it would be wonderful as an alarm clock. The amber display was dim-able and really worked well as a low-light alarm clock that could turn on a light and play music/noise when you should wake up. And this app did not work at all. Doesnt do anything.

Recently up grades my phone from a 4 to a 5 and needed to use an adapter to connect to my phone. Power works fine, but get a docking error when trying to use the app. PLz fix.

It doesnt sync alarms with an iPhone 4s with iOS 8.4.1

My phone doesnt dock with my Phillips alarm clock. Power works fine just nothing else. iPhone 4 to a iPhone 6

No longer lets me sync with my Phillips Clock speaker, basically bricking the clock function. Fix this please or send me a new clock because I cannot set my clock without this app.
